Return & Cancellation Policy

Khata Bhai is a digital subscription service (Software-as-a-Service). Since no physical product is shipped, there are no physical returns. "Return" here refers to cancelling your subscription and, where eligible, receiving a refund. Khata Bhai ek digital subscription service hai. Koi physical product nahi bheja jata, isliye physical return nahi hota. Yahan "return" ka matlab hai subscription cancel karna aur eligible hone par refund lena.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by: • Sending "Cancel subscription" on WhatsApp to our support number, or • Emailing us at info@khatabhai.com, or • Going to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. Cancellation requests are actioned within 24–48 hours.

A return (with refund) is available when: • The request is made within 7 days of the payment, AND • The service could not be used due to a technical issue on our side, OR • A duplicate/incorrect payment was made, OR • The service did not provide the promised features. Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy for the full list of eligible and non-eligible cases.

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • Your data is safely retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted unless you resubscribe. • You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time.

Returns/refunds are generally not available when: • The request is made more than 7 days after payment. • The service was actively used for billing during the period. • The account was banned for a Terms of Service violation.
