Delivery Policy

Khata Bhai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do NOT ship any physical goods. All services are delivered electronically over WhatsApp and the web dashboard. Khata Bhai ek digital software service hai. Koi physical product deliver nahi hota. Sabhi services electronically WhatsApp aur web dashboard ke through di jati hain.

Once your account is created and (for paid plans) payment is confirmed, access to the corresponding features is granted automatically to your registered WhatsApp number and web login. No download or physical delivery is required. Account banne ke baad (aur paid plan ke liye payment confirm hone ke baad) aapke registered WhatsApp number aur web login par features automatically unlock ho jate hain.

• Free plan: instant activation. • Paid (PRO) plan: activated immediately after successful payment, and in all cases within 24 hours of payment confirmation. • If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact our support and we will resolve it on priority.

You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp (and email, where applicable) once your plan is active. You can also verify your active plan anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Subscription.

If you have paid but your service has not been activated, contact us within a reasonable time. If we are unable to deliver the service, you are eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
