Finger lime (Citrus australasica) is an Australian citrus with long fruit full of tangy, caviar-like pearls, used on desserts, salads and drinks. Sold as one plant. Care: give it 5 to 7 hours of direct sun and well-drained soil. Water when the top of the soil dries, without waterlogging, and feed with citrus fertiliser or well-rotted organic manure during growth.
